Orewa Bridge Club is one of the North Shore’s most active and friendly bridge clubs, where competitive bridge and a warm social atmosphere go hand in hand.
Bridge is easy to begin, endlessly fascinating, and delightfully difficult to play really well; a game that keeps you coming back for more. It is loved not only for the challenge and enjoyment it brings, but also for the way it exercises the mind, supports memory and concentration, and creates wonderful opportunities to make new friends.
As an affiliated NZ Bridge club, we offer duplicate bridge sessions on three afternoons and two evenings each week, monthly Sunday social tournaments along with three main tournaments every year. Our energetic committee also organises a variety of popular social events, adding to the fun, friendship, and strong sense of community at the club.
We provide regular beginner, and improver, lessons for anyone wanting to learn this rewarding and engaging game.
New members and visitors are always welcome. If you have played bridge before and would like to join us, please contact us to find out more.
